Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the sale of RTV-2 Liquid Silicone Rubber and related manufacturing services by Silicone Precision ("Supplier", "we", "us") to the purchasing entity ("Buyer", "Client").

B2B Exclusivity: We operate exclusively as a Business-to-Business (B2B) manufacturer. By placing an order, the Buyer certifies that they are a commercial entity, distributor, or industrial user purchasing for business, manufacturing, or resale purposes, and not for personal household consumption.

Product Range: Our core offerings include Condensation Cure (Tin) and Addition Cure (Platinum) silicone rubbers.

OEM/ODM Services: For OEM/ODM orders, we manufacture based on agreed technical parameters (Shore A hardness, viscosity, cure time, tear strength).

• The Buyer is responsible for verifying that the technical specifications meet their specific application requirements before mass production.
• Samples provided for testing are indicative of the final batch quality. Slight variations inherent to chemical manufacturing (within industry standard tolerances) are reserved.

MOQ: As a wholesale manufacturer, all orders are subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ). MOQs vary by product type (e.g., standard drum packaging vs. custom retail packaging).

Order Confirmation: An order is considered binding only after the issuance of a Proforma Invoice (PI) by the Supplier and receipt of the agreed deposit.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollar) or CNY (Chinese Yuan).
• Standard terms: 30% deposit via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance due prior to shipment or against the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy, depending on the agreed Incoterms.
• Tax: Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, customs duties, or import taxes in the destination country, which are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Incoterms: We typically operate on FOB (Free on Board) Foshan/Guangzhou or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms as per International Chamber of Commerce (Incoterms 2020).

Lead Time: Estimated production lead times are 7-15 business days for standard formulations. Custom OEM formulations may require additional development time. Force majeure events (shipping delays, raw material shortages) excuse delays in performance.

Client Assets: Any custom molds, designs, or branding materials provided by the Client for OEM production remain the exclusive property of the Client. We enforce strict confidentiality regarding client designs.

Formulations: The chemical formulations, processing techniques, and trade secrets used to manufacture the base silicone material remain the intellectual property of Silicone Precision, unless a specific formulation transfer agreement is signed.

Inspection Period: The Buyer must inspect the goods within 15 days of arrival. Claims regarding quality or quantity must be submitted in writing within this period, accompanied by photos/videos and batch numbers.

Shelf Life: Our RTV-2 silicone typically has a shelf life of 12 months when stored correctly (dry, cool place below 25°C, sealed). We are not liable for degradation caused by improper storage after delivery.

Limit of Liability: Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of defective goods or the refund of the purchase price of the defective portion. We are not liable for consequential damages, loss of profit, or costs associated with the Buyer's end-products (e.g., failed molds or wasted resin).
